Subscribe to the Reflex Offer at €11.99 per month and download the E-protect Air application to activate your Waistcoat and benefit from the Air-bag Service, and subject to eligibility, the e-calling Service.

The E-Protect Air application is available for Android (from version 10) and IOS (from version 14).

The application provides information on the general state of the airbag (batteries, updates) and, subject to eligibility and activation of the e-calling service, enables you to be geolocated and the assistance procedure to be launched if the airbag is triggered. The waistcoat must be synchronised with the application at least once a month (subscription update).

COMMERCIAL WARRANTY: EXTENDED WARRANTY ON THE ELECTRONIC DEVICE(1)

You can take out a one-year (€59.99 inc. VAT) or 2-year (€119.99 inc. VAT) extended warranty on the Electronic Device (replacement or repair).

Geolocated emergency call managed by IMA.

In the event of airbag deployment, IMA is notified and pinpoints your location, initiating an assistance procedure. This feature is operational through the E-PROTECT AIR mobile app.

Requirements

Create a customer account on the store.bering.fr/en_GB/ website and subscribe to the Infinity or Reflex Offer. The conditions of subscription and the terms and conditions of operation of the Services are detailed in Trophy's General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) which can be accessed at the following address https://store.bering.fr/en_GB/gtcs.

You have a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the date of subscription to an Offer. The technical aspects of the operation of the E-Protect Air Vest are detailed in the User Manual available at https://bering-moto.com/en_GB/page/user-manuals. The purchase of the Vest is subject to the Distributor's general terms and conditions of sale.

(1) The Vest is covered by a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity (art. L. 217-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and by the guarantee against hidden defects (art. 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). Under the Reflex package, the Customer also benefits from a Premium commercial warranty on the electronic device (replacement or repair). Under the Infinity package, the Customer may subscribe, before the end of the legal warranty period, to a 1-year (€59.99 inc. VAT) or 2-year (€119.99 inc. VAT) commercial warranty in order to benefit from a warranty in addition to the legal warranty on the Electronic Device (replacement or repair).

The conditions and procedures for benefiting from and implementing the guarantees are detailed in art. 9 of the GCS.

The applicable warranties are not intended to apply in the event of impact, fall, poor storage conditions, damage to the waistcoat not linked to an inherent defect in the waistcoat, modification or repair of the waistcoat not carried out by Trophy S.A.S, as well as in the event of improper use of the waistcoat or in the event of use of the waistcoat outside the practice of motorcycling and 2 and 3 wheel scooters on the road.

(2) The Stop&Go Option can be activated once per calendar year, for a non-breakable period of between 2 and 5 months. The price of the Reflex subscription for the duration of the Stop&Go option is then limited to €5.99 incl. VAT/month.

(3) After the 1st year, the e-calling Service is automatically renewed each year for a period of one year at the annual price of €19.90 incl. VAT / year, unless cancelled under the conditions specified in article 4 of the General Terms and Conditions.

(4) The e-calling Service is provided in collaboration with the service provider IMA. To benefit from the e-calling Service (eligibility conditions), you must be domiciled (address entered in the customer account) in the e-calling Service distribution area, which includes the following countries: France, including the following overseas collectivities:

Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guiana, Reunion Island and Mayotte, Germany and Italy. The countries covered by the e-calling service, corresponding to the countries in which users may be covered by the support service, are as follows: France including the following overseas collectivities: Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guiana, Reunion Island and Mayotte, Germany, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Switzerland.

The e-calling Service works via your smartphone equipped with Bluetooth technology and a GPS location function. You must have a mobile package that allows you to access the internet using mobile data. When the e-calling Service is active, you benefit from the implementation of an assistance procedure when the airbag is triggered (removal of doubt by a call to the telephone number within 120 seconds, procedure detailed in article 8 of the GCS).
