Doctor of Engines, Matthieu, owner of Volpi Motorcycle workshop, is an expert in carburetor tuning. As a knowledgeable admirer of motorcycles of all types and ages, he particularly enjoys working with carbureted engines.
As a preparer and restorer, no mechanical challenge is too big for him. Hearing a youngtimer engine purr like a clock and roar to life is a pleasure he cherishes. For him, each restoration is an opportunity to relive the sensations of past riders.
Between testing historic motorcycles, he also enjoys leaning into corners on the racetrack. This motorcycle enthusiast appreciates BERING gear for the safety it provides as well as the design it offers. He alternates between an ULTIMATE-R leather suit and a SNAP jacket.
