The 5-year warranty covers manufacturing or material defects found during normal use of the equipment. However, certain cases are excluded from the warranty:

Normal wear

• Natural wear of materials (abrasion, discoloration, fiber relaxation)
• Aging of colors or materials due to prolonged exposure to the sun, rain, or friction

Damage related to inappropriate use

• Accident, fall, or impact
• Improper use or non-compliant maintenance (machine washing, abrasive products...)
• Mechanical damage/Abrasion caused by other products (e.g.: helmet strap, backpack, reflective vest, boots, motorcycle...)

Modifications or repairs

• Any intervention caused by an unauthorized third party voids the warranty

Removable or consumable parts

• Removable protections worn in case of a fall

Products purchased second-hand or reconditioned

• Only products purchased new from an authorized dealer are covered by the warranty
